Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@shriprasad.com.

  • After Dispatch: Once the Prasad/items have been dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations due to the perishable and sacred nature of the items.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are initiated only if the order is canceled within the acceptable timeframe, if the wrong item was delivered, or if the item arrived in a substantially damaged condition. (For damage claims, please share a photograph within 24 hours of delivery).

  • Processing Time: Once your cancellation or refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

  • Crediting Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, credit card, or wallet, depending on the payment gateway and your bank’s policies.
